The Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission.

2. Data we collect

• Company profile: name, industry, address, contact numbers.
• Representative details: name, position, email, mobile.
• Financial transactions related to dues and services.
• Platform usage: logs, device, and cookies (see Cookie Policy).

3. How we use your data

To administer membership, deliver chamber services, process payments, communicate advocacy and events, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell member data. We share data only with vetted processors (hosting, payments, email) under written agreements.

5. Your rights

Under RA 10173 you may access, correct, object, erase, and port your personal data. Contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@cebuchamber.org.

6. Retention

We retain member records for the duration of membership and up to ten (10) years thereafter for regulatory and historical purposes.
