Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (“Chamber”) membership and services platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

2. Membership

Access to member-only features requires a paid, active membership in good standing. Suspension or termination of membership immediately revokes access to those features.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including harvesting member data, misrepresenting your affiliation, or interfering with platform security.

4. Intellectual property

All Chamber marks, publications, and platform content remain the property of the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

5. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an “as-is” basis. The Chamber is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use.
